Working in Perrysburg is simple and it's easy to fly under the radar. Working in the factories is usually lucrative.

Cons

Working in the plants in dictated by upper management with little or no experience in the necessities of life in a glass plant in terms of budget and personnel limitations. The number of decision makers has grown incredibly quickly and the number of actual experts and employees who are solving problems has shrunk just as quickly.
