Good Pay is about all I can say about this place that is positive. All the rest are cons.

Cons

Schedules Rotationary 12 hr shift, and they keep switching you from team to team so you don't have any idea what next week will be like Management Human ressources suck

Making glass is an art, requires passion, you are well paid and you make good friends

Cons

New employees usually come with cultures not easy to adapt until they realize the inside culture. Sometimes it's necessary to dedicate extra time to solve issues, like in most companies.

Cons

The pace of work is very demanding and increasingly less share with family and friends, and as the production process is 24 continuous hours the demands are very high
