Blatant racism from management and older white employees. Top members of union don't help and if you make too much noise about it you'll be set up and fired

I worked with a great Team in GTA and NA, i found myself learning new stuff and being challenged often. I loved it. I felt as though i was making a difference for all the plants and even R&D.

Cons

Supervisors for NA were disconnected with the knowledge and work that was put in daily. Because I didn't have a degree I was held back from advancing.
