There are a lot of great and devoted people who care about the work they do. When under pressure will dig deeper to give more and do what is best for the company.

Cons

While the company advises it is aright to say "no" if there is a valid reason, they really do not and will continue moving forward creating more issues for the people actually doing the work. In some cases cost more money and time that is lost the company . Employees continually asked to do more with less whether it is capital or resources whether in the office or plant setting.
