Income #1 Benefits Knowing your rotating schedule for the whole year in advance. 8hr shift with tons of over time (not mandatory)

Cons

Rotating shifts and not many opportunities to get off rotating schedules unless you have seniority (unionized). Rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift weekly. Example is work 5 off 2, work 5 off 2, work 6 off 1. (That one day off can be difficult)

Pros

The pay is wonderful and they provide food on holidays.

Cons

The management is so destructive and controversial. They will tell you the rules and regulations but then turn around and break their rules. Next, they yell at you if you break them, even if they tell you to.
