Good Benefits with good 401k matching, pay is good for the area,

Cons

Money is being invested in equipment in the Streator plant but money needs to be spent in training the management team on workplace respect. The actions of the management team is that of 20 years ago in how they treat their subordinates.

Not many, most of the people left in Technology have no hope of advancement because the jobs have been outsourced.

Cons

Outsourced most of the Information Technology department to Poland. Doesn't care about experience, just looking for youth. No commitment to employees.
