Pros

Free Gatorade and a $150 reimbursement on metatarsal boots

Cons

1. No Air Conditioning 2. Treated like a stray dog 3. Consistently breathing in carcenogenic Diesel Exhaust all day with limited ventilation 4. Heat Exhaustion/Strokes can/will happen 5. Unfriendly People working there 6. Management is the worst I've ever seen. Memphis division manager is possibly the worst he treats employees and customers and non employees there to aid in projects, like crap 7. The pay is not worth the work 8. Forced to work at such a fast pace it is inhumane and not possible 9. Machines are forced to be overloaded due to an amount of work for 200+ employees has been assigned to less than 20. 10. Forced to work in humane hours 7 am to 12am and later everyday. 11. Very limited breaks especially for the work and work conditions. 12. You will be insulted about your intelligence and work skills by the management and co-workers 13. Employees are worked to death. I have never seen such an unhappy team of workers. 14. There is ZERO ABSOLUTELY ZERO room for advancement. They pick who they want to be in the next position up be it supervisor/associate manager. Its all about friends helping friends. 15. Awful insurance and employee benefits. Basically a slap in the face.
