Learn more about automobiles and mechanics, build good relationships with local mechanics, does offer stock purchase options, does offer (very small) commission if all sales goals are met.

Cons

very low starting pay, very small yearly raises (3% raise is average) starting pay for the san angelo area seems to be about 10/11$ an hour, the company is a leading company in their niche of products but chooses to invest in a ton of different "discount benefits" that offer cashback or small percentages at a ton of places shopping wise, online through their benefithub but is very stingy on their pay. alot of issues with lack of proper training across the board seems to be normal.
