Pros

Nothing really. The only thing I can think of if you’re a garbage store manager you keep your job, and if you’re a good store manager, they will pile stuff on you, it’s never good enough.

Cons

Everything from the lack of hours and the beat up vehicles, working long hours being on salary and being truly underpaid.

Pros

Some of the staff was cool.

Cons

I came up to this place to work with these people, and the short experience was terrible. First, they posted a job req for an HR specialist, but when I started orientation, it was switched to an assistant on the paperwork—two totally different roles. The supervisor's verbiage about the position changed, too, once I was hired. She gave me distribution worker attire despite me being part of the HR team. It didn't bother me, but I thought it was pretty pathetic that this is what they were invested in when it was supposed to be about fixing the various problems this supervisor and other department managers had. Long story short, I was literally fired in less than two days simply because the building manager had a problem with a brother working around his female supervisor. They literally fired me for nothing. It's terrible, considering I left what I had before to transfer over to something that turned out to be a dead end. I would not work for these people. If you're Black, those dudes will have a problem with you in that office. I wasn't a DEI hire; I was there because that supervisor knew I was more than qualified for that position. Avoid this company.
