There is always room for improvement in anything. The company is focused on growth both from additional team members to additional stores. It's all about growing and that is good.

The company seems to be forgetting the little guys and guys who are on the front lines. Record sales but yet almost minimum if any pay raises for this year. The commission system is antiquated and in serious need of update. You can kill yourself to get $60k and you get a measly commission check for your efforts. Cost of living goes up almost every year but pay raises barely match this.
