Pros

Great company with culture and values. Alot of Team Members who believe in O'Reilly and want to see themselves and the company succeed. Very good on-line training program.

Cons

Upper management make up some of their own rules and not always follow policy/procedures. Part-time team members need to get to full-time to see the true benefits.
