Pros

you get to help people, learn some things in the automotive field, and you may be around other employees that are similarly helpful and very competent.

Cons

You can work hard and nothing may come of it. The company doesn't treat its employees with much in the way of respect. It can be kind of a hazardous place to work and it is likely you will work with others that are just terrible.

Pros

The company gives you everything you need to succeed, you just have to utilize what they give you properly. The pay is decent. Started as a Parts Specialist back in high school, worked my way up through college and am now managing a store. I've been with them for almost 8 years now and they've treated me very well.

Cons

The hours for a store manager are very demanding. Probably one of my only real complaints and the ONLY reason I wouldn't rate them at 5 stars. As previously stated, the pay is acceptable for the job, but the amount of hours required is a little excessive.
