Pros

A lot of good people work here. Friendly store managers and drivers. At the beginning things were going well. Then they hired a former Advance Auto Parts store manager and made him a District Manager. In six months four managers were fired and two quit. They were all replaced by Advance people.

Cons

Policies are past their prime. Corporate is non existent in the field.

Salaries are fair. You can raise your own pay by selling more parts, making more gross profit, and lowering expenses.

Cons

As a store manager you are on call 24/7. You are expected to fill in the gaps wherever needed. You will cost a lot of your personal life to do the job the RIGHT way...and to be successful.
