Pros

I was hired on and have been with the company for 2 years. I have seen the growth from within. I have been a part of it. The majority of people who are higher ups in this company have been with the company for years and have also been promoted from within. Since I started working for O'Reilly, I don"t have that "I don't want to go to work feeling". I look forward to the daily challenges that come from the everyday variety of what we do.

Cons

People will always complain about wages. We as people sometimes feel we are never paid enough. But this is a worldwide thing.
