Pros

Job security. Not standing outside in the rain.

Cons

The main downside is that you will starve to death before every being considered for a position in management. And even then you better have a second job to so you can feed your family as well. Another downside is some members of management think that because they have worked for the same company for 20+ yrs, that everyone else is expendable.

Pros

Benifits are decent. Most stores have awesome management, they are really good to their employees.

Cons

I would love it if had different crew to work with. Not all the crew just hand fulll need to be trained. Maybe just need to be taught how to treat their employees.
