- Anonymous resources to report harassment and discrimination (T.I.P.S.) are NOT ANONYMOUS, leading to employees being retaliated against or too scared to report.
- Employees are often forced into positions they don't want with the promise of a raise, only to have that raise denied silently. MAKE SURE TO CHECK COMPENSATION ON WORKDAY.
