Not a modern company, technologically and socially behind in their practices and gender roles. It's a good ole boys company and until the "we have always done it this way" people phase out, I don't see this changing.

Like title says, biggest is the pay. Across the board, it is a joke. The commission is a joke too. It equates to less than half a percent of your sales. They try to make a big deal about it and hold it over your head if you ask about raise. Especially disheartening when the earnings reports come out every quarter. And computer network system is a joke.
