Cons
HR Department Management has rigid expectations when it comes to the workload and commensurable pay. While they have a good corporate culture, they place too much emphasis on you conforming to their identity instead of having balance. They should recognize more the strengths and experience of their employees to catapult the organization further instead of stifling the input of those with credible outside experience.
