Pros

Nothing really - I had high hopes but they failed all expectations

Cons

Very toxic management system. I was almost fired for my pregnancy accommodations, I even contacted the EEOC. I had a case, but decided not to go through with it for my own mental health.

Pros

The health insurance is decent.

Cons

Pay is subpar District and regional levels of management drive a culture of nothing is right no matter what you do Subpar employees are fast tracked while the good are chased off Most of management will readily backstab you to make themselves look good or avoid work/responsibility Middle management continuously beats a war drum of "payroll levels are too high" (so much so that you would start to believe that this company is about to either bounce a pay check or go bankrupt) . District/Regional Managers force stores to be woefully understaffed because of this District/Regional Managers will fight pay raises like they're defending Stalingrad. You're lucky to get 10-25¢ per year, if they don't come up with some petty reason to deny it, such as you missed doing the online training a couple of days or you didn't sell enough miscellaneous products with regular parts
