Computer system was amazing to work with

Cons

Customers want you to do all the research, work, and have every answer. Favorite line "that's your job" "in the time I have been standing here and used Google " Working in Customer service sucks at times because no management or higher up has your back.

O'Reilly has a great Culture. There are many career opportunities. The company has always been a safe industry to work in. Cars always need repaired, transportation is a necessity not a luxury. Chances are, you'll be working with an amazing team no matter which team you're on.
