Easy job and not really challenging at all Working with customers

Cons

Everything else. They run the store consistantly understaffed, which means when one person is sick, the store suffers. Management is overworked and underpaid

Pros

There really isn’t any, the building is nice and there is a Starbucks and cafeteria!

Cons

-Boomers are the only ones who get respect. -Underpaid. -Horrible management. -Favoritism. -Disgusting bathrooms. -People just leave and then whoever’s left gets promoted. -Supervisors are fearful of Managers so nothing ever changes. -Poor Human Resources department. -Upper management lacks knowledge and are not very quick to respond. -Cheap office materials. -Sad bonuses for a million dollar company. -Horrible training.
