      Room for growth in almost any field in the company Good Discount Good staff and management if you’re lucky Commission is alright

      Cons

      Low starting pay and barely any raises Incompetent employees hired Training is brought down to those who are in the same position instead of management Inflexible scheduling if you’re unlucky with a manager Seen as a number by anyone about a district manager and will deny any raises past a certain hourly rate
