Pros

*You can meet some good people and build connections. *Great place to build a resume and learn *great team member discount

Cons

-bad compensation. They dangle a carrot with “pay plans” that some district managers and regional managers can’t even explain. These pay plans are built in a way that you will not break out and make more money. -the “OREILLY culture” is gone. It’s Talked about often and all team members are expected to live by it but upper management seems to be an exception. A counter culture has taken over in the past few years. *consistently turning and burning people due to lack of training. Zero training hours allocated to stores. *Payroll is number one concern with no worries of customer service or work life balance. * in the recent years to promote you must be in good with upper management. You no longer need to understand the business but simply be able to take direction from DM, RM, DVP and above.
