Pros

-Good system for how to run a parts store, especially with delivery of parts every night. -If you have even a half decent manager, your time there will most likely be well spend and enjoyed.

Cons

-It is reliant on people working as a team most of the time which does not tend to happen just enough.

Pros

The store discount is pretty decent.

Cons

They use a broken productivity system that gauges your working percentage and can be seen by everyone. About 70% of the warehouse doesn't speak English. They have poor inventory management which causes low productivity and you get dinged for it.
