The job is nice and my co-workers

Cons

-Bad management, specifically Scott at the San Antonio, TX Depot -They do not let you transfer within and do not respond to you when you applied as to why you were passed up. -High turnover, due to bad management, Scott has no clue how to motivate drivers or schedule. -They play favoritism and do not hold anyone accountable, and if the manager Scott gets in trouble, then he goes overboard on holding everyone accountable -They are trying to follow DOT regs for their drivers, but YET do not supply their drivers with GPS, and are told to review their written notes, but if you look at your notes when you drive, then BIG BROTHER will penalize you. -Get in trouble for not taking a lunch but yet you can't since they seem not to schedule them correctly and you have to make your routes. -Do not get breaks
