Luv driving truck .easy on my bad leg after bike accident. Was happy when I first started with 3 days not so happy now only 1 day a wk

Was told I'm not friendly enough with co workers.im here to earn a pay not make friends.and to do my job and I work hard at that.no comments on how well I do my job just that I'm not friendly with workers. Others are treated with respect but I'm not so I am looking for a new job where I can get at least 3 days a week as I was promised when I started. As soon as I said I can't work every sat in summer I got put down to 1 day.i worked every sat for almost 11/2 yrs.i think all workers should take turns working on sat. I was told they would but never happened. Ty
