Pros
Had some great coworkers, but hated the constant foul language (shop talk) and personal habits of some employees.
Cons
They did not pay a realistic living wage and raises were pretty well non-existent. You worked so that upper management could get THEIR monthly bonus, then they wanted more out of you. All money flowed up. The customers clearly mattered more than the employees. Management expected you to worship them as well as the company. The "double standard" was very apparent at my store. It seemed like most coworkers had some sort of personal crisis going on each day. It was convenient how management could bend from its own standards of termination when violations were serious, i.e., being put in jail and regular no call no shows. However, being on time each day and never calling in didn't mean anything. Health insurance coverage was OK, but the premiums were too steep for lower wage employees.
