Free drinks and pizza, snacks?

Cons

Management in various departments are toxic and bully their team. There are some great ones but determining that and getting to work under them is hard to make happen.

Company clearly invests in it's people from training to making them feel a part of the team. Company keeps communication lines open and works with you to come up with solutions. People are welcoming and genuinely happy daily
