- Coworkers - First Round Friday’s - July 4th party in the park - Free food sometimes
Cons
They try to please you with “fluff” stuff so you don’t complain. They promise rotating shift times and days but after 2-3 weeks on the floor you’re constantly put on the late afternoon/night shifts. Management doesn’t take staff complaints or issues seriously and it falls on deaf ears. No pay raises. Very high turn over rate.
