O2E Brands Manager reviews

I still work here and we were recently asked to share reviews on Glassdoor. As many others here have said, expect lots of scapegoating, gaslighting and manipulation. There are constant restructures and firings which has left team members with the lowest morale I've ever seen here. It feels like we are hearing about random and questionable firings every single day now. They will preech about how they're "all about the people" and "lead with empathy" but it's all total lip service, I've seen them treat people so poorly. This is definitely not a place that actually walks the walk. Someone here said they are good at "storytelling" and this is very true. After being here a few years, you will see it is all lip-service and disingenuous.

Fast pace is non stop, so is change. Big changes to teams, that they allow 25 mins to be upset about then it’s back to all the work. So much work, never any down time. Decisions are handed down to managers to make and deal with. Lots of talk about understanding and empathy but when it comes down to it you need to work overtime to get work done and when you don’t you get negative performance reviews.
