Pros

Good passionate employees, good work/life balance

Cons

Very political, management are inexperienced, they rest too much on their laurels of being a great place to work.. that are no longer true. HR don't put the best interests of the employees first.

Pros

Great team, location easily accessible and very convenient, good benefits and remuneration.

Cons

Lack of focus: divergence and pivoting without any logical foundation. Top management was mindful of strategy but on the ground it was all about burning hours instead of efficiency. Excessive interview process. Did about 10% of what the job description stated and 90% other.
