It was a great place to work up until the company was sold to the CEO's former partner. I learned a lot while I was there and was given quite a few responsibilities. Former CEO was a good leader and cared about his employees.
Cons
You were paid little for the work that you did. If you showed any kind of talent they would give you more work without any additional compensation. I would have to work overtime just to keep up with the load they had placed on my shoulders and it just got worse as time went on.
