No micromanagement. Safe space. Supportive manager.

Cons

The company has changed its business plan a couple of years ago and as a result, OCHIN went through a rough growth stage. But grow they did and are coming out the other side of that period better for it.

A fully virtual company with lots of opportunities to grow. you work alongside smart and experienced people. The overall vibe is inclusive, positive and welcoming.

Cons

The company is growing rapidly which makes it feel like you are constantly experiencing changes.
