Completely out of touch with the wants and needs of the staff. HR policy changes left and right, with no warning, and HR handbooks aren’t posted anywhere for staff to access readily. The hybrid work environment is terrible- everyone wants to simply do their job where they are comfortable (at home) while the leadership demands that everyone be in the office more to “collaborate” even though that means sitting alone at your desk for 9 hours. They’ve now started tracking swipe-ins to monitor who is coming to the office and punish those who aren’t. We deliver record profits for our millionaire leadership and then are punished for it. My team’s morale is in the gutter, everyone is simply tired. Pay is lackluster. And the cherry on top is all of the public health code violations the cafeteria has.
