Pros
Great work/life balance. Management is very supportive about letting people off for family things, as long as results are delivered. Cutting edge technology.
Cons
It's a dying industry. No one wants to talk about it, but everyone under 50 is looking over their shoulder thinking, how much long can we hold out? Management is doing the best they can, but there isn't much you can do when you sell buggy whips.
