Pros
Most of the individual contributors are great people.
Cons
Leadership has no leaders. CEO is self promoting directing traffic to his personal websites. Others have shared thoughts on CEO around communications and lack of any caring of company or employees. I concur. IT company ran by business/librarians; very little input and strategy from IT. Condition of IT landscape is horrendous. No good business strategy, lack of prioritization, lack of decisions by leadership.
