Can be trained in all roles (Tech, Scribe, Front desk). Good learning experience Periodic free lunches Employees/Drs.

Cons

Pay Benefit packages Little room for growth Favoritism Skeletal staffing Scheduling patients/tests still a problem (Last patient at 4pm, still there at 6pm etc.) QoL is subpar overall.
