Pros

People are always willing to help and they take the time to train you well. They make a real effort to make you comfortable and feel included. You also have opportunities to learn other positions and be cross trained.

Cons

You must commit to work a few Saturdays a month depending on your role as well as travel to other offices. It can also become very hectic and busy depending on the locations and the amount of patients which can make hours very long and unpredictable.
