Meet very nice patients, free lunch once a week

Cons

Overbooked schedules, computers are always having issues, patients waiting 3 hours, management has her favorites, at least 2 employees leave each week, no empathy when patients have medical problems,nobody smiles working here

The patients are appreciative of a humanly treatment due to the constant poor treatment they receive.

Cons

Management doesnt want anyone to succeed and there is zero trainging. She doesnt realize that if she wants to succeed, she needs to have a successful team. She steps on anyone she hires to help her. She is afraid of anyone who does their job well. Missing patient documentation, Misfiling, difficulty transitioning from paper to electronic documents, unorganized. The place is on fire. Pt.s wait over an hour before being seen because they are "short staffed" but even the employees who had been there for 8 yrs wont get a raise. Nobody gets their 30 min mandatory paid break, People are worked like robots
