No support for staff, no recognition for staff. Are not interested in what's best for the kids, just what makes them money. Hire 96% so they can let you go at anytime.

Work with children to further there behavior and education. To aid the teacher in teaching classes. To supervise the children.

Cons

There is a fine line between the teacher and the teacher assistant. It is knowing your place but be more then willing to step in when needed.
