      No support for staff, no recognition for staff. Are not interested in what's best for the kids, just what makes them money. Hire 96% so they can let you go at anytime.

      The program I worked in was wonderful, however, the management was sub-par.

      Pros

      The staff that I directly worked with were kind, caring and genuinely interested in helping our students, providing them with a quality education. They were a cohesive group, especially when it came to battling with the "higher up's" for more services for our struggling students.

      Cons

      As stated previously, the supervisor and director were not as supportive as they should have been. Management was in disarray, and unable to keep up with the demands of the job. Also, they were willing to let valuable employees go at the expense of the program- perhaps to save a dollar- but constantly find themselves looking for qualified help!
