You need to know someone to move up. Very much like a highschool cafeteria with the teachers.

The students are great. The salary is higher than most schools in the area. Strong union.

Cons

Staff is not supported. Schedules are overloaded. No consequences for violence towards staff, which occurs often. Micromanagement from upper-level administration.
