Pros

-Great collaborative culture, no egos. -Management have a lot of trust in engineering teams to solve problems themselves. -Good learning opportunities with education budgets and collaborative learning like book clubs. -Interesting work in an exciting domain -Amazing WLB

Cons

-Some processes are not fully matured but processes are improving quickly. On a plus side this makes ODAIA a great place to work if you're interesting in making a large impact.
