Pros

Benefits package, and nice people to work with at your level. Good facilities, and a nice area of Michigan to work in.

Cons

Out of touch management people, controlling HR VP, salary structure favors management. Nepotism in management. Unqualified middle managers. Dealing with customer issues, and having to force feed the ODL way to them.
