      Pros

      The cause they are contracted for is great.

      Cons

      Favoritism, nepotism, lies from HR and upper management. They expect you to do your job without training. If you must apply, stay until you find a better job. Quickly. The company already has a high turnover rate.

      Pros

      Love impacting the lives of our youth. Nice to see them earn a trade and get jobs

      Cons

      Poor salaries. They always want you volunteer but it is hard when you are already handing two jobs. No appreciation is shown when u do help out. Too much favoritism is shown.

      Pros

      There are some really great people who care about what happens to the individuals served, they teach real life skills and accountability.

      Cons

      Upper management is treated well, lower level employees are treated poorly with no kudos, or appreciation. There is rampant and blatant favoritism, it's well known.
