Pros

Decent pay + bonuses if you get lucky with your book of business. Mostly friendly coworkers and team managers. Was decent when on a hybrid structure but they took that away.

Cons

Company is falling apart. Employees are treated like human capital by higher management. They have zero understanding of day to day operations and no plan for success. Amazon is taking all of their business and they are panicking, which is creating a hostile work environment. Higher management is all old white republicans who are racist and sexist.
