There was no micro-managing at ODP. Easy to work with cross-functional teams such as transportation, warehouse, and accounts payable teams. Great team atmosphere even though the job was remote.

Cons

Lack of training available to learn new systems. Had to learn on my own through watching videos or having training sessions as an interactive TEAMS call or "in-person" training.
