      Pros

      They have weekly fun team activities and free lunches on Fridays. Semi-casual office settings.

      Cons

      Extremely high expectations for work volume. Did not expect to be doing one thing over and over again all day. The work was tedious and people who have been there for over 3 years are basically doing the exact same work as when they were hired but with higher expectations for volume of work completed in a day. Three month wait for benefits.

      OEC has established departments focusing on particular tasks to keep our operations running smoothly. However, as employees grow with the company, there is opportunity to cross train, lead teams, work on new projects, or even start up new departments!

      During OEC Group's 90 day introductory period, we focus heavily on training and team work! Once employees complete training we offer fully paid medical, dental and vision insurance, as well vacation, personal and floating days. Additionally, OEC Group provides opportunities for a performance based salary adjustment and bonus!

      The departments are very tight knit and family oriented the workload is manageable The higher up employees are very forward thinking

      Cons

      Day to day tasks are very monotonous Oversees plays a huge role in decision making
