Pros

OEC is a great place to work if you put your mind to it. OEC has and will continue to enrich the lives of their employees. One just has to remember Rome was not built in a day and the way to the top is a simple one... work hard, Do not try to get ahead by climbing on the backs of fellow employees and the destination will be reached in due time. Spouting vitriol on this forum says more about the author than OEC or their staff. It does little to dissuade smart people who like to judge for themselves.

Cons

Having to deal with disgruntled employees who did not get what they thought they were entitled to and so they write nonsense on Glassdoor so that they can feel better about themselves.
