Business Outlook
Pros
When times are good they are good. Pay use to be top in the area. Now there is more competition. Starting to work on benefits, sick time was added, Paternity leave, and other things. Lots of smart people to work with.
Cons
Management kinda sucks. Not necessarily their fault all the time. Upper management controls everything they do and doesn’t let them manage. Health insurance is a joke. $12,000 deductibles for a family. They will cover the second half but you can’t tell me they can’t find a better plan then $12,000.
